How to Choose a Battery

Choosing an E-Cig BatterySo you’re sure you want to switch to vapor cigarettes from traditional, but you’re stuck on how to choose an e-cigarette battery. You’ve got choices: small, medium, and large; also known as Mini, Standard, and High-Capacity, and just like their incremental size would lead you to believe, different size means different capabilities.

Similar to AA or AAA batteries with a slight difference in size and shape, EverSmoke e-cig batteries are rechargeable lithium ion batteries. Typically charged with a USB cable, they also can be powered up with a Personal Charging Case, a wall adapter as well as a car adapter.

EverSmoke Mini E-Cigarette Battery

The Mini is, well, mini. In price, in power, charging time, and lasting time through charges, this battery gives you the whole experience in a bite-sized format. It goes from 160-175 puffs before needing to be charged. The expected lifespan is from 40,000 and 43,750 puffs. Sometimes a small size is exactly what you need, and it is the perfect battery for vapers who are on the go.

Standard E-Cigarette Battery

The standard size battery can be looked at as the middle ground. It is medium sized, has a great amount of power, can last between 200 and 250 puffs, and it has a nice moderate size about it. These take around 2 to 3 hours to charge up to full capacity, and the overall lifespan is about 50,000 to 62,500 puffs.

High-Capacity

When you need a high-capacity battery, this is the one for you. The larger the size, the higher the electrical charge rating, and the ability to have a battery that goes a bit longer is exactly what some people mean need. This battery costs slightly more then it’s more counterparts, but you get more overall. The High Capacity battery goes up to 350 puffs per charge, and the overall lifespan is typically around 87,500 puffs.

Different sizes accommodate different needs and preferences, so it is always our suggestion that you have more than one size to choose from, as well as more than one battery at your disposal. This will keep life very convenient and allow you to have a backup battery when one is charging. One of the biggest assets to being a vaper is always staying prepared, and knowing what these batteries offer individually gives you exactly the knowledge you need to choose!

How to Enhance Your E-Cig Performance

are-e-cigs-safeWhen vaping there is no right or wrong, however there is good and better. If you need some e-cigarette troubleshooting, or are having performance issues with your electronic cigarette or vaporizer, here are some tips to keep in mind. Hiccups in performance can often come down to minor little things, that can be resolved really quickly, so don’t stress it!

-Keep your e-cigarette device clean. Dirt, grime, liquid buildup and funk don’t do you any favors, so do your e-cig a favor and keep things clean. Wipe down the body, all connecting points, and the area surrounding the cartridge regularly with a soft cloth and/ or a q-tip.

-Don’t overcharge the battery, that will only cause it to wear out faster.

-Don’t drop your device. Yes, common sense will tell you this is necessary, but let’s reiterate to make it more apparent. Dropping an e-cig can be bad.

-If you’re using e-liquids do not overfill your tank. As tempting as it may be, if your tank is not producing adequate vapor or is leaking, it could be as a result of overfilling. Never more than 75%, ok?

-Don’t over tighten your cartridge onto your e-cig. It should be screwed on firmly, but not too tight. This will cause little to no vapor production.

-Don’t mix different products from different brands, they’re just not designed to go together. We can’t alert you of anything specific that may arise, but results could be dangerous.

-When using mods don’t use batteries and other components not specified for your particular device by the manufacturer.

-Is your cartridge giving off a burnt or foul taste? The problem could be that the cartridge needs replacing.

Is your e-cig giving you a sore throat? Try increasing your water intake, lowering the level of your nicotine, or trying a different flavor.

Battery not producing ample power? It might need to be charged! If it does have adequate power, it could be that your battery is just ending it’s life cycle. Or perhaps you’re vaping needs have increased and it’s ready to move onto an advanced product.

Whether you want to boost your e-cigs performance, or you’ve got an issue, there’s a solution! Whether it’s an easily fixable one that requires just a tweak or two, or you need to entirely replace your e-cigarette, troubleshooting can help get you the fix.

How to be Satisfied with E-Cigarettes

e-cigarettes-vs-tobacco-cigarettesElectronic cigarettes can be a tricky thing. Countless e-smokers experienced vaping for the first time with a low quality device they picked up from a questionable brand. This can be a rather unfortunate circumstance, as low-end e-cigarettes, with less than spectacular nicotine levels and quality can cause users to write them off altogether, assuming all brands will result in the same experience. And on the same note, many smokers are reluctant in trying e-cigarettes because they fear they will not enjoy them, thinking there is no way something electronic is going to produce the same feeling as burning tobacco.

Satisfaction with electronic cigarettes can be yours, however, even if you’ve been been burned by a bad experience. It just comes down to knowing the products, and knowing how to choose e-cigarette products that are compatible with your usage.

How Do E-Cigs Compare to Tobacco Cigarettes?

E-cigarettes and traditional cigarettes obviously have their differences. They do not feel exactly the same, however with any better brand of e-cigs, you’ll find that a great amount of care was spent creating quality products that satisfy the smokers’ desires. E-cigarettes compare very well to traditional cigarettes, and many users become very used to their many modern conveniences and attributes that completely outdo traditional cigarettes. Having the freedom to use them nearly anywhere because they release no smell or smoke offers a new sense of freedom. Being able to charge them as opposed to using lighters and burning tobacco is much cleaner, and much simpler.

What About Nicotine?

Nicotine strength is one of the magical little components that really makes a difference when enjoying your e-smoking. Not choosing the right level can really make for a very unsatisfying experience, and can be one of the key factors that determines your particular success rate with e-cigarettes. A general rule of thumb is to match your cigarette type with nicotine level. For example, if you are used to reds, 18mg cartridges will probably be a good fit. If you use a lower level, you may not be as satisfied with a stronger level. Here is a look at how nicotine levels compare to cigarette strengths:

24mg = unfiltered cigarettes and the strongest filtered cigarettes available.

18mg = reds, standard strength cigarettes

12mg = lights

6mg = ultra lights

0mg = non-nicotine/ nicotine-free

Electronic smoking reproduces the essence of smoking traditional cigarettes, in a cleaner, more efficient manner. They may be confusing at first, but with the right products, knowledge and understanding, you can enjoy vaping with total satisfaction!

E-Cigarette Parts & How They Work

eversmoke-cigaretteDo you ever wonder about how e-cigarettes work, and how their parts come together to get the job done? It’s really amazing when you think about how these parts work in conjunction to create an experience that is so much like actually smoking a cigarette.

State of the art technology has allowed us to create a product whose end result is giving users more satisfaction than ever!

The main components are the e-cigarette battery, cartridge, and charging device, but there really is so much more to each of these basics. Here is a look at e-cigarette parts and how they work, creating an incredible alternative to tobacco cigarettes.

E-Cigarette Battery: Essentially the body of the e-cigarette, and the most important part of vaping. When the user begins inhaling, or activates the battery by pressing a button if it’s a manual battery, the sensor gets activated. The sensor, also known as the “smart chip microprocessor” signals the battery to turn on, and sends a charge to the atomizer, located in the cartridge, to begin producing the vapor.

One important tip to remember is that batteries perform best when they are charged to 100% before the first use.

Lithium Ion Cell: The actual battery, and power source of the e-cigarette. It is rechargeable, and is regarded as the most powerful, and durable type of e-cigarette battery.

Aluminum Shell: The e-cigarette’s exterior. Lightweight yet quite durable, it is protective and still comfortable in the hand.

Sensor: Also called the Operating Mode Sensor, this mechanism triggers the smart chip, which signals the battery to activate the atomizer.

Smart Chip Microprocessor: Also known as the Microcomputer Smart Chip, this component is responsible for the actual technology that happens within the e-cigarette. It communicates to the battery, signaling the atomizer to vaporize the liquid nicotine.

Cartridges: These are the reusable “filters” that connect to the batteries. They come with a built-in atomizer, and are pre-filled with USA-Made nicotine juice. They screw onto the batteries, and the opposite end holds a silicon mouthpiece, which is very comfortable for the user to puff on.

Atomizer: The atomizer vaporizes the nicotine liquid, creating the vapor that is inhaled. Atomizers react to a charge sent by the battery. They are built into the cartridges because they do not have the capacity to last long.

Chargers: Three e-cigarette chargers are available for use when charging your batteries: the Portable Wall Charger, the USB Charger, and the Vehicle Charging Adapter. Also available is the Personal Charging Case, which allows for all the mobility an e-cigarette smoker could want because it charges batteries without a separate power source.

E-cigarettes utilize state of the art technology as well as impeccable engineering to create a satisfying, enjoyable smoking experience, minus the actual tobacco and smoke. Each part plays a crucial role in how it all comes together, allowing for the ultimate in modern innovation, as well as pleasure and convenience.

-Batteries can sometimes arrive with some juice in them, it’s better to not immediately start vaping. You should charge it to full capacity before you begin using to ensure the battery is ready to go. This will ensure it lasts longer.

- Charging batteries is simple; what you do is screw the battery onto the USB or wall charger, then plug it in.
