How Much Nicotine is Enough?

IMAG0721When you’re choosing a nicotine level, you may get somewhat confused not knowing where to begin. How much is truly enough? Here is some insight to help guide you along if you’re stuck wondering where to begin without losing any satisfaction when your cartridges arrive!

EverSmoke cartridges are designed in 5 different nicotine strengths: 24mg, 18mg, 12mg, 6mg, and 0mg.

Some people find that starting from the strongest level, as they get a feel for it works well. However, in the same light, 24mg cartridges are very potent, and may even be too strong for some smokers. Other users prefer the method of starting at 0mg and working their way up to a heavier amount, to see how things work with less nicotine.

Another general rule of thumb for smokers is to compare their cigarettes to e-cigarettes. For example if you currently smoke unfiltered reds, or very strong cigarettes, go for the strongest nicotine. It’ll agree with you best. 18mg cartridges are very strong as well, but a tad lower than using 24mg’s. If you smoke lights, 12mg cartridges will do. Ultra lights, 6mg will be comparable. If you smoke nicotine-free cigarettes, then 0mg cartridges will obviously be what you want!

Because our cartridges are sold in packs of 15, 30, and 45, when you’re first starting out we highly encourage users to order smaller packs of different nicotine levels and flavors to find what agrees with them. We really see the benefit in trying a few different things to get to know our products for the best experience possible.

The findings of the study, after 14 months concluded that those who consumed an average of 4 or more servings of fruits and vegetables per day were three times more likely to be successful at staying tobacco free down the line.
