Things Not to Do with Your E-cigarette

1236915_10152234354499358_581977267_n1Vaping is fun, it’s enjoyable, and it offers all the pleasure of smoking without the negatives that come with tobacco. For some e-smokers, things can get a little too comfortable, and some of their old tobacco habits can come creeping out with bad results. Here are a list of things not to do with your e-cig!

- Don’t keep it behind your ear; it weighs a bit more than a traditional cigarette and it can drop to its demise. If you want to display your e-cig as an accessory, enhance your personal style with an e-cig lanyard.

-Don’t toss it out the car window. Why were you doing that with your traditional cigarette anyway? Cigarette pollution is not cool, and neither is e-cigarette pollution (even if it’s devilishly humorous to consider how many people have done this only to lose their beloved e-cigs!). Simply, it’s an easy way to lose your e-cig and pollute the environment in one shot.

-Don’t assume your pocket is a safe storage location for an extended amount of time. Things fall out of pockets, and you never know what could be going on if you’re busy. Storage cases can be your best friends.

-Don’t store it in a bag, in a random pocket, in your luggage without protection, or in any other careless location, even if you are in a rush. This leaves your e-cigarette susceptible to damage; especially if your mind is on other things. It also can put your e-cig in a position to get harmfully dirty, which can affect performance or literally leave a bad taste in your mouth.

-Don’t leave it hanging in your mouth when you’re not using it. Seriously, it’s been done before and isn’t a smart idea. It’s not a papery, lightweight traditional cig, and it can drop without hesitation. Why risk it?

Protecting your e-cigarette, and treating it right can make it last a very long time, and it can ensure it performs with optimal results for as long as possible.
